Signs and More Company has the answer, we are seeking a commission based customer service representative.

Your objective will be to support service and sales operations by intensely engaging in customer relationship building, and selling product!

You will be required to complete some driving tasks, for example; driving to meet with locals if required, dropping off literature.

During such trips, on the way back, you will have the opportunity to complete our business to business stops where you will communicate messages/drop off literature. When asked questions you simply get your manager on the phone with the client.

Technology specialist
The person we are looking for loves technology so This is the fun part for them.

Applicant will be calling businesses and clients to sell signs and other products.

Online reputation monitoring

People think this just means answering upset customers, we go further what about posting great reviews for all the businesses who do business with us. Their success is our success. Reputation is just that building a brand that people like, not just diffusing someone whose upset. This takes time and you can make that difference doing what you love.

Won’t always be all fun and calls. Some will not be happy to hear from you and you may deal with upset people. The owner does and so do you. So there will be some tough stuff too. The key is that you won’t be a robot doing the same thing all day everyday.

This position requires a friendly and outgoing individual as there is constant contact with customers both in person and on the phone. Good phone, customer service skills and ability to multi-task a must.

Must be at least 21 years of age

Have a clean driving record.

Provide superior customer service at all times.
Be able to work in all weather conditions.
Be dependable and show up for scheduled shifts on time.
